Our female fitness coaches are fully trained, friendly and supportive. They provide on-going training and motivation to help members achieve their goals. Like having your own personal trainer!


We also keep an eye on your progress with a monthly weigh and measure, providing you with a printed confidential report on your progress towards your goals.












At the "Blackwater Valley" clubs, we publish our own monthly members newsletter – “Curvesmopolitan”. It provides advice on healthy living, club news and fun spots.
